CANCELLATIONS
We are constantly monitoring the weather and will continue to do so until the time of your trip. In the case that it is deemed 'unsafe' to sail due to weather, we will try our best to reschedule your trip to a better time.
- Free cancellations based on full payment until 5 days before the booking start time.
- 50% refund based on full payment for cancellations between 2-4 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 1 day of the booking start time are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Booking Fees are retained when Customers cancel a trip.
